2 boneless pork loin roasts (3 pounds each)
1 cup water
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups ketchup
2 cups diced celery
1/3 cup steak sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
25 hamburger buns, split
