¾ cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup diced, pitted dates
3 cups rolled oats

Steps:

  • Beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, allowing each egg to blend into the butter mixture before adding the next. 1/2 cup white flour

3/4 cup nestle semisweet chocolate morsel

1/2 cup ground oatmeal

2 large eggs
1 tablespoon molasses
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup each raisins and chopped pecans
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
