10 cups beef broth
3 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
2 (15.5 ounce) cans butter beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 ½ tablespoons minced fresh basil
1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese, or more to taste

Steps:

  • Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage, onion, and garlic in the hot skillet until sausage is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
  • Add broth, black beans, butter beans, diced tomatoes, basil, and oregano; bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for at least 10 minutes.

8 cups water
2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (16 ounce) package dry lentils, rinsed
1 large onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 cup shredded carrot
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon dried basil
1 pinch dried rosemary

1 ½ cups diced cabbage

Steps:

  • Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Break sausage into chunks and put in the pot; cook and stir until completely browned, 5 to 7 minutes.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound bulk mild Italian sausage
3 carrots, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
½ large red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon tomato paste

2 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried oregano

1 onion, chopped
2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp olive oil
2 can(s) (14 oz. each) 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1 c water
1 can(s) (15 oz.) cannellini beans, rinsed
1 can(s) (14.5 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 c rotini pasta, uncooked
1 1/2 c baby spinach leaves
1/2 c 2% milk shredded mozzarella cheese
saltine crackers
1 Tbsp oregano
salt & pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • 1. COOK sausage, onions and garlic in oil in a large saucepan 10 min., stirring frequently.

3 small parsnips, peeled, diced

1 14 1/2-ounce can beef broth
1 14 1/2-ounce can chicken broth
1/4 cup half and half
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled

Steps:

  • Heat oil in heavy large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add sausage and saut&until brown on all sides, about 7 minutes. Transfer to plate using slotted spoon. Add onion to saucepan. Reduce heat to medium and cook until tender, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes. Add parsnips, rutabaga and carrot and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broths. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 40 minutes.

1 (1 pound) package smoked sausage, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
10 cups water
3 cups chopped cabbage
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1 (15.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 dash cayenne pepper
2 small zucchini, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (8 ounce) package thin egg noodles
grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Heat the olive oil in a large stockpot over medium-high heat; cook the sausage, onions, bell pepper, and garlic in the hot oil until the onion is tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
