2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup cubed Havarti or Muenster cheese

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Place in a 1-1/2-qt. casserole and set aside. , Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. 1/2 cup havarti cheese or 1/2 cup muenster cheese, cubed
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 large eggs, beaten
1 3/4 cups half-and-half
3/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper

1/2 cup fine fresh breadcrumb
1/4 cup grated romano cheese
