HERSHEY'S CLASSIC CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
The milk chocolate chips (I used the Hershey's Mini Kisses, found in the chocolate chip section) are SO good and contribute to a serious gooey-ness going on in the center of these cookies.

Tips:
- Use room temperature ingredients: This will help the ingredients blend together more easily and create a smoother cookie dough.
- Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing will develop the gluten in the flour, which will make the cookies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Chill the dough before baking: Chilling the dough will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
- Bake the cookies at the right temperature: The cookies should be baked at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
- Let the cookies cool before eating: The cookies will continue to cook as they cool, so it's important to let them cool for a few minutes before eating them.
Conclusion:
Hershey's classic chocolate chip cookies are a delicious and timeless treat. By following these tips, you can create perfect cookies that are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Whether you're a beginner baker or a seasoned pro, these cookies are sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
