2 teaspoons dill seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Steps:
