1 cup shelled walnuts
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup light brown sugar
5 large eggs
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour a 9 inch round cake pan. Place the walnuts, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a food processor and blend until finely chopped.
