Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh key limes, honey, and herbs will give your dish the best flavor.
  • Don't overcook the chicken: Chicken breasts can dry out quickly, so cook them until they are just cooked through.
  • Make sure the grill is hot: A hot grill will help to sear the chicken and prevent it from sticking.
  • Brush the chicken with the marinade several times during cooking: This will help to keep the chicken moist and flavorful.
  • Let the chicken rest before serving: This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the chicken, resulting in a more tender and flavorful dish.

Conclusion:

Honey key lime grilled chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a summer cookout. The marinade, made with honey, key lime juice, and herbs, gives the chicken a sweet and tangy flavor, while the grilling process infuses it with a smoky flavor.
