  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients. Add the chicken; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours., Drain and discard marinade. ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
6 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1/4 cup olive oil

2 split broiling chicken halves
