I went through a major bruschetta phase and tried many many recipes until I found the perfect one. This was originally Guy Fieri's but is slightly adapted to my taste after making it about a billion times. Cookingt time is marinating time.

- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).Grate mozzarella using Microplane® Adjustable Coarse Grater.Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, seasoning mix, garlic pressed with Garlic Press and pepper in Classic Batter Bowl; stir in mozzarella.Pump half of the tomatoes in Manual Food Processor 7-10 times or until coarsely chopped; add them to cheese mixture. Repeat with remaining tomatoes and stir them gently into cheese mixture.Scrape cheese mixture into Round Covered Baker and microwave it, uncovered, on HIGH 1-2 minutes or just until cheese starts to melt; stir halfway through cooking.Unfold pastry onto lightly floured Large Grooved Cutting Board and lightly roll seams using Baker's Roller®.Place lid of baker over pastry. Using Pizza Cutter, cut around the lid to form a circle. I created this on a whim and served it at my annual 2007 Christmas hors d'oeuvres party for my friends. I was planning to make traditional bruschetta but was worried it would get cold or soggy before all my guests arrived. It's simple and a convenient way to serve bruschetta in a party setting.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine tomatoes, garlic, basil, oregano, onion, olives, oil and 1 tbs. parmesan cheese in a small casserole dish. With back of spoon, smooth down top of mixture until flat.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup parmesan cheese evenly over top.
- Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes or until heated through.
- While this is baking, slice bread and arrange as desired. If desired, lightly toast the bread before arranging.
