HOT ARTICHOKE DIP WITH GREEN CHILI
Great for parties with sliced baquette bread. This is the most simplest recipe, just 4 ingredients. I always have canned artichokes and green chilis in my pantry, shredded parmesan cheese in the freezer and of course mayonnaise is a staple in most kitchens. I have some family members who really dislike mayonnaise but they really love this dip.

HOT CHILI DIP
This is an other recipe I adapted from one of my recipe books. This dip is great for a poker night, guys sports night or a BBQ event. To keep this dip cool, just place some ice in a bowl, then place your dip bowl on top. Changing ice when necessary. Fancy up your ice bowl with garnishes to hide the ice :) Chill time is cooking time.

CAROLINA PANTHERS HOT CHILI CHEESE DIP
I make this to take to Super Bowl Parties when we are invited and always come home with an empty dish! I can not take credit for this dip. Years ago, while watching Good Morning America, they were having a cook-off and this was the one that won. I believe that it was a cook-off between Charlie, Diane and Robyn.

Steps:
- 1. Start off by spreading the cream cheese on the bottom of a 9x13" casserole dish then continue layering each ingredient, in order given and bake at 350 degrees until cheese has melted and had become bubbly on the sides.
- 2. ***Optional. I like to add chopped tomatoes and chopped green onions on top AFTER I pull it out of the oven. (We also like it with sliced black olives as an addition to the top.)
- 3. Serve with Tortilla Chips or Fritos!!!!
Tips:
- Use a variety of chiles to create a complex flavor profile. Use fresh or dried chiles, depending on what you have on hand.
- Toast the chiles before using them to enhance their flavor. You can toast them in a skillet over medium heat until they are fragrant and slightly darkened.
- Remove the seeds from the chiles before using them to reduce the heat level of the dip.
- Use a food processor or blender to puree the chiles and other ingredients until smooth.
- Season the dip to taste with salt, pepper, and other spices.
- Let the dip chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the dip with a variety of dippers, such as tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
Conclusion:
Making a hot chili dip is a great way to spice up your next party or gathering. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can create a delicious and flavorful dip that will be sure to please everyone. So, the next time you're looking for a party appetizer, give this hot chili dip a try. You won't be disappointed!
