2-5 oz can(s) white albacore tuna (drained)
1/2 c mayonnaise (lite works good)
1/4 c sour cream (lite works good)
1/4 c parsley flakes
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 lb swiss cheese (slices)
1 loaf of french bread (crusty)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the first six ingredients well. Split a french bread in half. Spread tuna on bottom 1/2, layer Swiss cheese over tuna and lay top 1/2 of bread over cheese.
  • 2. Wrap loaf in aluminum foil. Seal well. Bake 350 oven for 20 minutes. Open foil and bake 5 minutes more to crisp top. Slice and serve warm.
