1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until tender. Sprinkle tuna, 1/2 cup of the cheese and the onion in pie plate.
  • In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients except tomato with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.

2 cups onions, chopped
1/4 cup butter
2 (6 1/4 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 3/4 cups cheese, shredded
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Grease baking dish.
