2 tablespoons garam masala
1 28-ounce can pureed tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup heavy cream

Steps:

  • Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger, grated
½ medium lemon, juiced

1 drizzle olive oil

1 (3 1/2) pound whole chicken
