¼ cup mild pickled banana peppers, diced
12 ounces whole milk, or more as needed
4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

  • Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and select Saute function. Crumble sausage into the pot and cook for 3 minutes. 1 large jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle light beer
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
