1 (2 pound) flank or skirt steak
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
½ cup chicken or beef broth
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp minced garlic

### Tips
  1. Choose the right cut of meat. Flank steak is a lean cut of beef that is best suited for shredding. It is important to choose a flank steak that is at least 1 pound in weight and has a uniform thickness.
  2. Season the meat generously. Flank steak has a mild flavor, so it is important to season it well before cooking. Use a combination of your favorite spices, such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cook the meat on high pressure for 45 minutes. This will ensure that the meat is cooked through and tender.
  4. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before shredding. This will allow the juices to redistribute, making the meat more flavorful and juicy.
  5. Shred the meat against the grain. This will help to create tender, shredded meat.
  6. Use the shredded meat in your favorite recipes. Shredded flank steak can be used in tacos, burritos, sandwiches, salads, and more.
