1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup sliced roasted sweet red pepper
4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat broiler. Trim 1/2 in. off ends of broccoli rabe; discard any coarse leaves., In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add broccoli rabe; cook, uncovered, 4-5 minutes or just until crisp-tender. Remove and immediately drop into ice water. Drain and pat dry., Sprinkle pork chops with seasonings. 2 tablespoons olive oil
6 (3/4 inch thick) pork loin chops
2 cloves garlic, crushed
