1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce (Ragu "or" your favorite brand)
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
