1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup white sugar
⅓ cup butter, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
⅓ cup peanut butter
2 (8 ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups milk
¼ cup chopped peanuts
⅛ cup grated semisweet chocolate

Steps:

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter or margarine. Press firmly into the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan.
  • Mix the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth. Stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping and the confectioners' sugar. Pour mixture over crust.
  • Mix the pudding mixes and milk together, and pour over peanut butter layer. Spread remaining whipped topping on top. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and shaved chocolate. Chill.

1 1/2 c peanuts, chopped
1 c flour
1/2 c butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
12 oz whipped topping
1 c confectioners' sugar
1/2 c peanut butter, creamy
1 pkg pudding, chocolate
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix, unprepared
1/2 c milk
1 c chocolate syrup

Steps:

  • 1. Crust: Mix 1 cup peanuts with 1 cup flour and the softened stick of butter.
  • 2. Blend together and press in 13x9\" pan.
  • 3. Bake for 20 minutes at 300.
  • 4. Cool.
  • 5. First Layer-Cream the cream cheese with the peanut butter and 1 cup confectioners\' sugar with electric mixer.
  • 6. Blend in 1 cup whipped topping with a spoon.
  • 7. Spread on cooled crust carefully.
  • 8. Second Layer-Blend instant puddings into cold milk.
  • 9. Spread on top of first layer.
  • 10. Third Layer-Spread remaining whipped topping on top of 2nd layer.
  • 11. 4th Layer-Drizzle chocolate syrup on top of whipped topping.
  • 12. 5th Layer-Sprinkle with remaining half cup chopped peanuts.
  • 13. Freeze.
  • 14. Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving.
  • 15. Refrigerate or refreeze leftovers.
