JOE'S STONE CRAB MUSTARD SAUCE RECIPE - (4.4/5)

Provided by [email protected]

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 tablespoon dry mustard powder
1 cup mayonnaise, not miracle whip
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon steak sauce, like A1
1/4 cup heavy cream or half and half
Salt, to taste

Steps:

  • In a bowl, whisk together the dry mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, cream and salt until smooth and combined. Chill at least 30 minutes, or until ready to serve. Serve with crab claws or other seafood and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Choose the right mustard. For this recipe, a yellow mustard is best. It has a mild flavor that won't overpower the other ingredients.
  • Use fresh garlic and onion. These two ingredients add a lot of flavor to the sauce. If you don't have fresh garlic or onion, you can use ½ teaspoon of garlic powder and ½ teaspoon of onion powder instead.
  • Don't overcook the sauce. The sauce should be cooked until it is thickened and bubbly, but not until it is brown. If you overcook the sauce, it will lose its flavor.
  • Serve the sauce immediately. This sauce is best when served hot. It can be served on chicken, fish, or vegetables.

Conclusion:

Joe's Mustard Sauce is a delicious and versatile sauce that can be used on a variety of dishes. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. Next time you are looking for a quick and easy sauce, give Joe's Mustard Sauce a try.
