Steps:
- 1. Measure your half cup of Kahlua and add corn syrup (and chili powder if using regular Kahlua) to it mix until the corn syrup is dissolved into the Kahlua. This ensures the corn syrup and chili powder does not glob up into one spot.
- 2. Add all other ingredients to a mixing bowl and pour Kahlua, corn syrup and chili mixture over it and mix until all is combined. Mixture will be sticky and look like it might not hold together to well.
- 3. Place mixture in fridge for 2 hours. When set up roll into bite size balls.
- 4. Place balls in fridge for 1 hour to firm back up. You can leave the balls in the fridge for up to 3 days before you roll them.
- 5. Roll in confectioners sugar or any thing you would like! I did mine in Confectioners sugar, Crushed walnuts and Sprinkles.
- 6. Keep in fridge until ready to serve. Will last for 7 days if kept chilled.
CHOCOLATE WALNUT KAHLUA BALLS (NO BAKE)
I have made these using dark rum, Grand Marnier and Bailey's Irish Cream, you can use any three with success.. I usually make these treats around the holiday season, but of coarse you can make them at any time. I make one batch using semisweet chocolate and one with white chocolate, these really should chill overnight before serving them, you'll be lucky if they make until the next day LOL! Yield is only estimated depending on the size of the balls --- you will LOVE these! :)

KAHLUA® HOMEMADE
This recipe I love to make around Thanksgiving to drink or give as presents at Christmastime. The longer you wait the better it is, try and wait 4 weeks. I got this recipe from one of my own concoctions from trying several different recipes.

Tips:
- To make your Kahlua Bombs even more indulgent, use high-quality coffee and chocolate liqueurs. Look for brands that are known for their rich flavor and smoothness.
- If you don't have any coffee liqueur on hand, you can substitute it with an equal amount of espresso or cold brew coffee. Just be sure to add a little extra sugar to taste.
- For a fun and festive twist, try using different flavored coffee liqueurs. You can find liqueurs flavored with everything from vanilla and hazelnut to caramel and cinnamon.
- To make sure your Kahlua Bombs are the perfect temperature, chill the coffee liqueur, vodka, and chocolate liqueur before mixing. You can also freeze the shot glasses for a few minutes before serving.
