1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (from 1-lb bag), thawed
1 bag (16 oz) frozen potato nuggets
1/2 cup shredded American-Cheddar cheese blend (2 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. In ungreased 2-quart casserole, mix soup, milk, dried onion, chicken and vegetables. Arrange frozen potato nuggets over top.
  • Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until bubbly and cheese is melted.

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (from 15-oz jar)
3/4 cup frozen sweet peas
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
1 bag (16 oz) Cascadian Farm™ Spud Puppies™ frozen organic crispy golden potatoes

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • In 10-inch ovenproof skillet, cook beef over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in cheese sauce. Layer frozen peas and cheese on top of beef mixture. Top with even layer frozen potatoes.
  • Bake about 25 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and golden brown and mixture is bubbling.

Butter, for pan
5 medium russet potatoes, sliced thinly
4 tablespoons flour
5 hot dogs, sliced
1 head broccoli, chopped
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Lightly butter a 9-by 13-inch baking dish. Layer half the potatoes and sprinkle with half the flour. Add a layer of half the hotdogs and broccoli. Add half the cheese, and repeat the layered ingredients, ending with cheese. Pour the milk over all, cover with foil, and bake until potatoes are tender and casserole is bubbly, about 40 minutes. The kids will love this one.
