1-1/2 cups whole milk
1-1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
3 large eggs, separated
1/4 cup diced pimientos
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until bubbles form around the edge of pan. Remove from the heat; stir in the cheese and butter. Let stand for 1 minute. Stir until cheese is almost melted. Stir in bread crumbs. In a bowl, combine the macaroni, egg yolks, pimientos, parsley, onion and salt. Stir in cheese mixture; mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into macaroni mixture. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.

8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 (6 ounce) can tuna fish, drained
potato chips, crushed (a few handfuls)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook Macaroni& cheese according to directions.
  • Add cheese and tuna.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour into small-medium sized casserole dish.
  • Spread bread crumbs on top.
  • Top with crushed potato chips.
  • Bake un-covered for 20 minutes om top rack.

1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
2 (7 1/4 ounce) boxes Kraft macaroni and cheese, prepared following box directions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Brown ground chuck and onion in a large skillet.
  • Add the jar of spahetti sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  • Butter a large casserole dish and place half the mac& cheese mixture on the bottom.
  • Top with meat sauce and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
  • Add the rest of the mac& cheese, the remaining meat sauce and finish with a cup of cheese.

1/3 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt

3 cups milk
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (16 oz)
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 bag (16 oz) frozen broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups Progresso™ panko crispy bread crumbs
4 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package, using minimum cook time.
  • In 5-quart Dutch oven, melt 4 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Beat in flour, onion salt, garlic salt and pepper with whisk until thickened. Cook 1 minute longer. Beat in milk.
