2 teaspoons maraschino cherry juice
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
6 drops of red food coloring
2 1/4 cups of all purpose flour

Approximately 50 Hershey Kiss candies

  • in a large bowl beat your butter, powdered sugar, and salt until well blended. Add in cherry juice, almond extract and food coloring. Gradually beat in flour. Stir in cherries. 48 milk chocolate candies, such as Hershey's Kisses®

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until melted. Allow to cool.
