1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 lb Velveeta American cheese spread, cubed
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained

Steps:
