1 can (8 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce, broken up with fork
1 cup cold water
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir with whisk 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add cranberry sauce; stir until blended. Stir in cold water. Pour 1-1/2 cups gelatin mixture into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 45 min. or until set but not firm.
  • Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining gelatin mixture 45 min. or until thickened.
  • Stir 2 cups COOL WHIP into plain gelatin (in bowl) until blended. Pour over gelatin layer in mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

2 1/4 cups cranberry juice cocktail
1 box (0.6 oz.) sugar-free cranberry gelatin (recommended: Jell-O)
3/4 cup orange flavored vodka
1 (16-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce (recommended: Ocean Spray)
2 tablespoons orange zest
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Fresh cranberries and mint sprigs, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, bring the cranberry juice to a boil. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl and pour in the gelatin. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in vodka. 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple

2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans

2 (10 g) packages sugar-free cherry gelatin (or any red flavour)
1 cup cranberry sauce, whole berry
1 cup cold water
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon clove
1 1/2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip light)

Steps:

  • Dissolve cherry jello powder in boiling water in a large bowl, stiring until completely dissolved.
  • Add cranberry sauce, mixing well.
  • Stir in the cold water.
