LAZY-DAY OVERNIGHT LASAGNA
This is the lasagna recipe that I have used for years. I like the fact that you don't have to cook the noodles first. Found this in one of those cookbooks that you find at the check out stand. My recipe is getting tattered and worn so I thought I would post it here for safe keeping. Cooking time does not include setting overnight. I've posted the recipe to be gluten free, but you could easily use regular noodles in place of the brown rice lasagna.

Tips:
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles: This saves time and effort, and the noodles will cook perfectly in the sauce.
- Make your own sauce or use a high-quality store-bought sauce: A good sauce is essential for a great lasagna. If you're short on time, you can use a store-bought sauce, but be sure to choose one that is flavorful and has a good consistency.
- Don't skimp on the cheese: Lasagna is all about the cheese! Use a combination of mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan cheeses for the best flavor and texture.
- Layer the lasagna properly: Start with a layer of sauce, then noodles, then cheese, then fillings, and repeat. Finish with a layer of sauce and cheese.
- Bake the lasagna until it's bubbly and golden brown: This usually takes about 30-35 minutes. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
