LAZY MAN'S PIE PEACH COBBLER
This is phenomenal and easy. I varied it a little by doing half cherries and half peaches and adding a little cinnamon and lemon. Recipe posted as written. Serving size is estimated.

- Melt the butter in a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk and pour over butter.

- Pre heat oven to 350.
- place stick of butter in 9x13 size casserole pan and let sit in oven during preheating to melt butter.
- Mix flour, sugar, milk and vanilla with blender until well mixed.
- Pour batter over melted butter.
- Pour fruit and juice evenly over batter. (My husband prefers more bread, less juice so I drain half.).
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Serve warm with ice cream.

- 1. Prheat oven to 375. melt butter and pour into 8 by 8 baking pan. Mix flour, sugar and milk in a med. size bowl, mix well. pour flour mixture into pan with butter but do not stir anything in pan. next add the drained canned fruit or pie filling to the pan, once again do not stir. The flour mixture will bake up over the fruit/pie filling. Bake in a 375 oven for about 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown on top.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray. Place one stick of margarine or butter in pan and place in oven until melted.
