1 pound sliced bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 cups chopped fully cooked ham
1 small onion, chopped
10 slices white bread, cubed
1 cup cubed cooked potatoes
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 large eggs
3 cups whole milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground mustard
Dash salt and pepper

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp; add ham and onion. Cook and stir until onion is tender; drain. , In a greased 13x9-in. baking dish, layer half the bread cubes, potatoes and cheese. Top with all of the bacon mixture. Repeat layers of bread, potatoes and cheese. , In a large bowl, beat the eggs; add the milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over all. 6 large eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup half-and-half
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 handfuls dark, leafy greens such as spinach, arugula or baby kale, chopped (about 1 cup packed)
1 cup diced salty deli meat, such as Canadian bacon, ham, or cooked bacon
8 ounces (about 2 1/2 packed cups) leftover bread torn into 1-inch pieces, such as English muffins, bagels or sourdough bread
3/4 cup shredded mild melting cheese such as Gruyere, provolone or Gouda

Steps:

  • Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Grease a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

1 (1 pound) loaf sourdough bread, sliced
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
½ cup diced sweet onion
1 cup diced green bell pepper
1 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1 cup diced red bell pepper
12 ounces cooked and crumbled bacon
8 eggs
1 cup sour cream
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon herb seasoning blend (such as Spice Merchant® Great Lakes blend)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Spray a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
