Tips:

  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature before mixing. This will help it blend smoothly with the other ingredients.
  • If you don't have a blender or food processor, you can mix the batter by hand. Just be sure to whisk vigorously until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
  • Be careful not to overfill the crepes. If you put too much batter in the pan, the crepes will be thick and doughy. A good rule of thumb is to use about 2 tablespoons of batter per crepe.
  • Cook the crepes over medium heat. If the heat is too high, the crepes will brown too quickly and be difficult to flip. Medium heat will allow the crepes to cook evenly all the way through.
  • Don't worry if the crepes are not perfectly round. Crepes are supposed to be rustic and charming, so don't stress about getting them perfect.

Conclusion:

Lemon and mandarin orange cream cheese crepes are a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They're also a great way to use up leftover cream cheese. With a little practice, you'll be able to make perfect crepes every time. So what are you waiting for? Give this recipe a try today!
