We thought that the only improvement that could be made is to this recipe would be to add some sliced mushrooms to the chicken component. A variation would be to use asparagus instead of broccoli and shrimp instead of chicken. This is an excellent sorce of folacin, niacin, thiamine and vitamins B6 and C. The recipe indicated that it serves 3-4 but we had it for dinner 2 days in a row.

- Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente, 8-10 minutes.
