Tips:

  • Choose high-quality steaks: Look for steaks that are well-marbled and have a good amount of fat. This will help ensure that the steaks are tender and juicy.
  • Use a flavorful marinade: The marinade will help to tenderize the steaks and infuse them with flavor. Be sure to use a marinade that contains acidic ingredients, such as lemon juice or vinegar, as these will help to break down the proteins in the steak.
  • Cook the steaks over high heat: This will help to sear the outside of the steaks and create a flavorful crust. Be sure to not overcrowd the pan, as this will cause the steaks to steam instead of sear.
  • Let the steaks rest before serving: This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the steaks, resulting in a more tender and flavorful steak.

Conclusion:

Lemon pepper steaks are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. By following the tips above, you can ensure that your lemon pepper steaks are cooked to perfection. Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a simple salad.
