Tips:

  • Pick the right salmon fillets: Look for fillets that are about 1 inch thick and have a deep pink or orange color. Avoid fillets that are thin or have a lot of white streaks, as these will be dry and less flavorful.
  • Use a flavorful marinade: Marinating the salmon in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs will help to infuse it with flavor and keep it moist during cooking.
  • Grill the salmon over medium-high heat: This will help to create a nice sear on the outside of the fish while keeping the inside moist and flaky.
  • Don't overcook the salmon: Salmon is a delicate fish, so it's important to not overcook it. Cook it until it is just opaque in the center, or about 6-8 minutes per side for 1-inch thick fillets.
  • Serve the salmon immediately: Grilled salmon is best enjoyed immediately after cooking. Serve it with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or a salad.

Conclusion:

This lemony grilled salmon with dill sauce is a delicious and healthy meal that is perfect for any occasion. The bright lemon flavor of the marinade and sauce complements the rich flavor of the salmon, and the dill adds a fresh, herbaceous note. This dish is sure to please everyone at your table.
