¼ cup salted butter
½ (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
½ cup minced onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground turkey
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
⅓ cup milk
⅓ cup water
½ cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook egg noodles at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 7 to 9 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
  • Meanwhile, heat butter in a large saucepan or deep skillet over medium heat. Saute mushrooms, onion, and garlic until soft, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in ground turkey and cook until browned and no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes more. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper; cook for 5 minutes. Mix in Worcestershire sauce.

1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon plus 1/8 teaspoon pepper, divided
1 package (17.6 ounces) turkey breast cutlets
2 tablespoons butter, divided
2-1/2 cups quartered fresh mushrooms
1 large onion, chopped
3/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup sherry or additional reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon

Steps:

  • In a shallow bowl, mix flour and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Dip cutlets in flour mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess. , Place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. In batches, cook turkey in 1 tablespoon butter until meat is no longer pink, 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from pan; keep warm.   • Prepare minute rice based on box instructions and preference.
  • Over medium heat, brown the ground turkey and remove any fat afterward.

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups canned low-salt chicken broth
1/4 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup frozen petite peas

Steps:

  • Sprinkle turkey with 1 teaspoon tarragon, salt and pepper. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over high heat. Add turkey and sauté until no longer pink, about 2 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer turkey to plate. Reduce heat to medium. Add leeks, carrots and remaining 1/2 teaspoon tarragon to drippings in skillet. Cook until leeks begin to soften, about 3 minutes. Mix flour into vegetables and cook 1 minute. Gradually mix in broth and wine. Simmer uncovered until carrots are almost tender and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. Add peas and turkey. 2 large egg whites
1/2 cup skim milk
5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
butter-flavored cooking spray
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1 (1 lb) package turkey breast cutlets
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (optional)
1/4 cup chicken broth (optional) or 1/4 cup beef broth (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • In a shallow dish beat together egg whites and milk with a fork. Add 2 tablespoons flour, cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg, and mix well. Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and add 1 teaspoon butter. Place over medium heat until butter sizzles.
  • Put remaining 3 tablespoons flour in plastic bag. Add 2 turkey slices at a time to bag and shake to coat. Dip into milk mixture, turning to coat and letting excess mixture drip off.
