LINDA'S TOLL HOUSE PIE
I checked the recipes and didn't see one made exactly like this, so I am posting it. Rich and SCRUMPTOUS is what this is! My FAVORITE all time dessert! Just like a huge piece of DECADENT chocolate loaded with nuts and crust... Or your FAVORITE Chocolate Chip Cookie magnified... You choose what sounds better to you!!! I make this yearly per request for my niece for her birthday pie right after Christmas, as it is her FAVORITE as well... Before serving we always microwave each slice of pie for 1-2 mins. to warm the pie well, and then put a HUGE scoop of French Vanilla ice cream on top. It doesn't get any better than this :) This recipe will have you HOOKED for LIFE!!!

TOLLHOUSE PIE
The original concept is from Nestle®, but this is my version of the Toll House® pie. The original version was dense and greasy; mine is more cake-like. I strongly recommend using miniature chocolate chips, as when I tried it with full-sized ones, they melted and sank to the bottom of the pie and formed a large mass.

Tips:
- Use high-quality chocolate: The chocolate you use will make a big difference in the flavor of your pie, so be sure to use a high-quality brand.
- Don't overbake the pie: The pie is done when the center is just set. If you overbake it, the crust will become dry and crumbly.
- Let the pie cool completely before serving: This will allow the flavors to meld and the pie to set properly.
- Serve the pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream: This will add a delicious finishing touch to your pie.
Conclusion:
Linda's Toll House Pie is a classic American dessert that is loved by people of all ages. It is a rich and decadent pie that is perfect for any occasion. With a flaky crust, gooey chocolate filling, and whipped cream topping, this pie is sure to be a hit at your next gathering. So next time you are looking for a delicious and easy-to-make dessert, give Linda's Toll House Pie a try.
