1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
½ (10.75 ounce) can milk
1 (4 ounce) packet saltine crackers, crushed
3 slices white bread, crumbled into fine crumbs
½ onion, finely chopped
1 large egg
ground black pepper to taste

2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (5 ounce) can tuna packed in water
1 cup soft bread crumbs
½ cup chopped onion

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Prepare a glass loaf pan with cooking spray.

300 g tuna, cooked (canned or fresh)
100 g plain flour
3 eggs
100 g swiss cheese, grated
5 fluid ounces milk
2 fluid ounces olive oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon paprika
chopped chives
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven at 200°C/400°F.
  • Mix the flour and the eggs together until smooth.
  • Add the milk slowly, and then the oil.
  • Add the baking powder, the crushed tuna and then the cheese.
  • Mix well and add all the seasonings.
  • Butter a loaf tin, pour in the mixture and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.

1 carrot, peeled
2 celery stalks
1/8 cup chopped red onion

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kelp powder
1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt
Leaf lettuce, for serving
1 scallion, chopped, optional
1/2 ripe avocado, sliced, optional
1/2 ripe tomato, sliced, optional
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced, optional

Steps:

  • Soak almonds in water for at least 8 hours and sunflower seeds for 6 hours.
  • Drain almonds and sunflower seeds. Grate carrot and celery in a food processor. Add the onion, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, and seasonings and process until desired consistency.
