Number Of Ingredients 9

1 mashed banana
1 tablespoon of melted butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Splenda granular
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg
2 tablespoons skim milk
3/4 cup flour

Steps:

  • mix the all the ingredients except the flour together in a bowl.
  • add the flour.
  • pour it into the pan.

Tips for Making Low-Calorie Banana Bread:

  • Use ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter they will be, and the less sugar you will need to add to the bread.
  • Use whole wheat flour or oat flour. These flours are higher in fiber and nutrients than white flour, and they will help to make the bread more filling and satisfying.
  • Use a natural sweetener. Instead of refined sugar, use a natural sweetener like honey, maple syrup, or stevia. These sweeteners are lower in calories and have a lower glycemic index, meaning they will not cause a spike in your blood sugar levels.
  • Add some healthy fats. Healthy fats, such as those found in nuts and seeds, can help to keep you feeling full and satisfied after eating. They can also help to improve the texture and flavor of the bread.
  • 不要过度搅拌面糊. Over-mixing the batter can make the bread tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the bread at a low temperature. This will help to prevent the bread from drying out.

Conclusion:

With a little creativity and planning, it is possible to make a delicious and healthy low-calorie banana bread. By following these tips, you can create a bread that is lower in calories, sugar, and fat, but still high in flavor and nutrition. So next time you are craving a sweet treat, reach for a slice of low-calorie banana bread instead of a traditional banana bread. Your taste buds and your waistline will thank you!
