- Pour into a buttered deep-dish pie plate.
- Bake at 375degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- NOTE: You will have to tent the quiche with aluminum foil to prevent over-browning.
- Start checking it halfway through the cooking time.
- Let stand 10 minutes and cut into wedges to serve.
Tips:
- Use a variety of vegetables. This recipe calls for broccoli, but you can also use other vegetables, such as spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini.
- Don't overcook the vegetables. You want them to be tender, but not mushy.
- Use a good quality cheese. The cheese is one of the main ingredients in this quiche, so it's important to use a cheese that you enjoy the taste of.
- Don't overbeat the eggs. Overbeaten eggs will make the quiche tough.
- Bake the quiche until it is set. The quiche is done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

This crustless ham and broccoli quiche is a delicious and easy-to-make meal. It's perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
