- Place syrup in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool., Combine the brandy, Cognac, rum, lemon juice and bitters in a punch bowl; stir in maple reduction. Add the carbonated water. Serve over ice with apple slices and lemon twists.

- For the punch: Add the maple syrup and rosemary to a small pot. Let steep over low heat for 20 minutes, then let cool. Remove the rosemary and pour the maple syrup into a pitcher. Add the apple cider, bourbon and lemon juice. Whisk to combine.
- To serve: Serve punch over ice with rosemary stalks and apple slices as garnish.

- In a 4-quart bowl, arrange 1 sliced blood orange in concentric circles. Add the blackberries and cover with the orange juice and lemon lime soda. Place in the freezer overnight.
- In a punch bowl, add the ice block, blood orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, brandy, raspberry or blackberry liqueur and peach schnapps. Pour in the seltzer. Ladle into rocks glasses or stemless wine glasses and serve chilled.
