Tips:

  • To ensure the chicken wings are evenly coated in the marinade, toss them thoroughly in a large bowl. Make sure each wing is well-covered in the mixture.
  • Before baking the chicken wings, pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess marinade. This will help the wings crisp up in the oven.
  • If you want the chicken wings to be extra crispy, bake them on a wire rack placed over a baking sheet. This will allow the air to circulate around the wings, resulting in a crispy exterior.
  • Keep an eye on the chicken wings while they are baking. Depending on the size of the wings and your oven, they may need a few minutes more or less cooking time.
  • Once the chicken wings are cooked through, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the wings, making them more tender.

Conclusion:

These maple Dijon chicken wings are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They are perfect for parties, game day gatherings, or a casual weeknight meal. The combination of sweet and savory flavors, along with the crispy texture of the wings, makes them a hit with everyone who tries them.
