Marinated grilled chicken is a versatile and flavorful dish that can be enjoyed for lunch, dinner, or even as a snack. The key to making the best marinated grilled chicken is to choose the right marinade and to allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes, but preferably longer. This will allow the flavors of the marinade to penetrate the chicken, resulting in a juicy and flavorful dish. There are many different marinade recipes to choose from, so you can find one that suits your taste. Some popular marinade ingredients include olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and spices. Once you have chosen a marinade, simply combine the ingredients in a bowl and add the chicken. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight. When you are ready to cook the chicken, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or salad.
