MARSHMALLOW BROWNIES

These brownies are the all time favorite at our house and everyone else loves them too. The recipe originally came from a '97 TOH but I have made it so many times for so many people that it's known as "my" recipe, wish I had made it up! My only suggestion is don't let them over cook.

Tips:

- Use fresh marshmallows for the best flavor and texture. Stale marshmallows can be tough and chewy. - If you don't have granola on hand, you can use oats, puffed rice, or another crispy cereal. - Be sure to grease the baking pan well so that the brownies don't stick. - Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overbaking will make them dry and crumbly. - Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them into squares. This will help them hold their shape and prevent them from falling apart.

Conclusion:

These marshmallow granola brownies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They're chewy, gooey, and loaded with marshmallows and granola. Plus, they're made with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand. So next time you're looking for a sweet snack or dessert, give these brownies a try. You won't be disappointed!
