Water, butter and milk called for on potato box for 1 pouch
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
Meat Loaf Mixture:
1 lb extra-lean (at least 90%) ground beef
¼ cup Progresso® Italian style bread crumbs
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons milk
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 egg
Sauce:
½ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground mustard
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Steps:

  • 1.) Heat oven to 375°F. Place foil baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups.
  • 2). In 2-quart saucepan, make 1 pouch potatoes as directed on box. Stir in cheese. Set aside.

6 skinless chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 sprigs thyme
1 lemon, juiced
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
1 kg new potato
2 cloves garlic
1 bunch mint or 1 bunch basil
1 sprig rosemary
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
4 tablespoons virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Slice the chicken into kebab size pieces.
  • Put the garlic along with a sprinkling of salt and pepper in a bowl large enough to hold all the chicken.

1 egg
3/4 cup milk

1/3 cup ketchup
1 package (1 pound 4 ounces) refrigerated new potato wedges
3 cups baby-cut carrots
Fresh parsley, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Cut six 18x10-inch pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray. Mix beef, soup mix (dry), egg, milk and bread crumbs.
