Tips:

  • Use ripe peaches: For the best flavor, use ripe, juicy peaches. If your peaches are not quite ripe, you can ripen them by placing them in a paper bag with a banana for a day or two.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make the bread pudding tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the bread pudding in a water bath: This will help to prevent the bread pudding from drying out.
  • Let the bread pudding cool slightly before serving: This will help the bread pudding to set and make it easier to slice.
  • Serve the bread pudding with your favorite toppings: Some popular toppings include whipped cream, ice cream, and fresh fruit.

Conclusion:

Meringue-topped peach bread pudding is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. Follow these tips to make the best bread pudding possible. Enjoy!
