20 oz. frozen cauliflower rice
1/2 cup salsa
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. sea salt
dash or two of hot sauce (optional)

Steps:

  • Prep veggies:Dice onion. Dice yellow pepper. Mince garlic.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
