Tips:
- Use high-quality chili: The chili is the star of the show, so make sure you use a good one. Look for a chili that is flavorful and has a good balance of heat and spices.
- Brown the beef well: Browning the beef helps to develop its flavor and also helps to remove any excess fat.
- Don't skimp on the cheese: The cheese is what makes this pie so rich and decadent. Use a good quality cheddar cheese and plenty of it.
- Bake the pie until the crust is golden brown: This will ensure that the crust is cooked through and that the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the pie cool slightly before serving: This will help to prevent the pie from falling apart when you cut into it.
