2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated round crescent rolls
1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 ounces sliced turkey pepperoni, chopped
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Separate tubes of dough into 8 rolls each; halve the rolls. Press dough onto the bottom and up the sides of miniature muffin cups coated with cooking spray. , Spoon pizza sauce into each cup. Sprinkle with onion, green pepper, pepperoni and cheese. Bake until the crusts are browned and cheese is melted, 15-18 minutes.

1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tube (11 ounces) refrigerated thin pizza crust
1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
pepperoni, olives, sausage, onion, green pepper, Canadian bacon, pineapple, tomatoes, fresh basil and crushed red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. In a small bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients., Unroll pizza crust; cut into 16 squares. Pizza sauce
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Pizza Toppings such as pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, cooked ham, cooked sausage, pineapple and Canadian bacon, bell peppers, onions, etc.

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place wonton wrappers in cupcake pans. Sprinkle a pinch of cheese in each cup. Add about 1 1/2 tsp of pizza sauce. Sprinkle a little bit more cheese. Place toppings on top and cover with just a bit more cheese. 3. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
