1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup whole milk
1 small onion, chopped

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Place the potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until tender. Drain; place potatoes in a large bowl. 3 cups cooked sweet potatoes (I use a 40 oz. can of Bruce's, drained)
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter (melted)
2 eggs (beaten) or 3 egg whites
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup flour
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup butter (melted)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
