1 large onion, chopped
1 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
CROUTONS:
12 slices French bread baguette (1/2 inch thick)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons prepared pesto
1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
1 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Place tomatoes, cut side down, in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan; brush with 1 tablespoon oil.
