1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup all-purpose flour

Spread evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until brownies set up. Do not overbake! Cool in pan and cut into squares.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate. The quality of the chocolate you use will have a big impact on the flavor of your brownies. Look for chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make your brownies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the brownies at the right temperature. The ideal baking temperature for brownies is 350 degrees Fahrenheit. If you bake them at a higher temperature, they will be dry and crumbly.
  • Don't overbake the brownies. Overbaking the brownies will make them dry and tough. Bake them just until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them. Cutting the brownies while they are still warm will make them fall apart. Let them cool completely on a wire rack before cutting them into squares.
  • Store the brownies properly. Brownies can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. You can also freeze brownies for up to 3 months.

Brownies are a delicious and versatile dessert that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are a perfect treat for parties and gatherings, and they are also a great way to use up leftover chocolate.
